The tie belt is a simple and flexible accessory, a reconstructed tie fitted with silver metal d-rings. It can be worn as a belt, an absurdly long tie, or a sash to attach things to (it's giving Miss Universe). Tie belts are fun as multiples but work solo too, and are particularly nice high-waisted with baggy shirts and loose fitting dresses, or worn on the hips with low-cut big pants. 

They range in length from about 125 to about 145cm.
